繼日前播出首支競選影片後，國民黨總統參選人朱立倫的第二波、共4支宣傳影片昨天晚間正式播出。國民黨文傳會主委林奕華今天(8日)表示，朱立倫先後擔任桃園縣長、新北市長，行政經歷豐富，政績卓著、有目共睹；相較之下，民進黨總統參選人蔡英文沒有行政首長經驗，令人質疑其治國的能力。
在這4支宣傳影片中，列舉朱立倫推動新北市國小營養午餐、公共托育中心、超商幸福保衛站及桃園棒球場等政績，強調「執政是用做的，不是用說的」，做比說更重要。影片末，朱立倫以堅定口吻強調，「我在新北市做得到，我也會讓全台灣都做得到」。
林奕華強調，選戰剩下不到40天，選民希望了解各黨總統參選人對於國家藍圖的擘劃及政見，而辯論就是最好的方式，但蔡英文至今不願面對民眾檢視，不斷閃躲迴避，令人遺憾。她呼籲蔡英文儘速接受具傳統性、中立性和公共性的4報1社加公視舉辦的電視辯論，而且應比照2012年，至少有2場以上，不要再漠視選民知的權利。
